When it comes to management, there are several ways to do it. Most of them correct. Modern companies have the tough luck to try to survive in a multi-competitive environment. Things are not as plain as they used to. People behind must have this special “something” in order to maintain tranquility and positive reactions to the maximum for the business in which they are into. So, the manager, ends up to be the “peacemaker” in every situation. Besides the obvious obligations of a manager (a.k.a. managing) there are some hidden attributes he must be aware of. The most important of them is balance. In all aspects. Balance must be maintained within an organization, in all depts, all relationships, all person to person interactions. So, the modern manager, has to be more than a manager. Has to be a “guru”.
I’m not writing this to indicate the “correct” ways to manage. As I mentioned before, there is no “wrong way”. There is only “inappropriate” and “appropriate ways”.
So, if you are the leader of your organization, consider my words.
“Managing is leading. Leading is power. Power is everything”
